Ronald Stafford PLA

With a background as diverse as the projects he has worked, Ronnie brings a full range of expertise to the Covey team. After earning a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Texas Tech University, he has 21 years of industry experience. This experience includes markets in Georgia and Texas from several high profile design firms. Being passionate about the final built product, Ronnie implements a practical and technical approach to both the construction documentation process and quality assurance. He is eager to translate a design concept into a clear, precise and detailed solution in preparation of construction, through his knowledge of construction practices, construction details, and materials. He collaborates closely with clients, his team and contractors to turn powerful ideas into resolute realities.

When not at work, you can find Ronnie with his wife at any of their four children’s numerous sporting events.

Evan Cuyler

Years of hands on experience in site construction, visionary design skills, and in broad capabilities in technology make Evan a perfect fit to Covey’s do it all attitude.

Travis Crow PLA

Born and raised as a third generation Austinite, Travis has a keen understanding of the proud Texas heritage the towns and communities across this great state, hold dear. Since graduating from Texas Tech University in 2007, Travis has established himself as a leader in graphic illustration across Texas.  Although skilled in a wide range of abilities, Travis’ specialty is his ability to transform a simple idea into a dynamic, graphic representation of a finished project. While Travis’ artistic approach effectively communicates the vision for a project, his knowledge of materials, and how spaces relate help push those ideas into finished realities.

Outside of the studio his passion for art and skill in fabrication help him excel in the full gamut of the design process.  From building up canoes to race in the Texas Water Safari, to fabricating off-road gear for a family overland adventure, design and adventure go hand in hand.

Tyler Richburg PLA, LI, ASLA

Being born and raised in Alabama, Tyler attended Auburn University where received his Bachelor in Horticulture, and Master of Landscape Architecture. After graduating with his Masters, he moved to Texas to join his wife. As an emerging professional in the field he has had the opportunity to work with two large multi-discipline firms in Texas which have offered him the opportunity to be exposed to work across the state and region on a wide variety of project types. This exposure across multiple platforms has allowed him to bring a large amount of knowledge and experience to the team here at Covey. Tyler is driven to develop relationships with his clients and working alongside them to create and design unique, educational, and impactful places for people to inhabit. Tyler sees his role not only as a designer, but as an advocate for conservation, best management practices, ecology, education, and sustainability

 

Outside of the office you can find Tyler spending time with his Wife and two Labs, Tyson and Oakes, or spending time outdoors. He’s an avid outdoorsman and conservationist with a passion for anything adventure, hunting, or fishing.
