Outdated, inefficient and unable to match the city’s rapid growth the current FBO doesn’t meet the needs of economic development potential that Temple is experiencing. The main guidelines for the proposed FBO were to account and service the 3 P’s: Pilots, Passengers, and Planes. Upon arrival on the tarmac guest are greeted with ample shade and cover suitable for even the largest private jets. Once in the facility, passengers and pilots share a large lounge and Customer Service Representative area. Through private access, pilots are able to find reprieve and rest in their own private lounge accompanied with single user private rooms including bathroom and shower. Separated by the open and welcoming foyer the administration and line workers have an entire wing for operations and service.
