Corporate Campus Master Plan

The Corporate Campus Master Plan is a complete development vision for an area over 3,000 acres in size, located in Northwest Temple. This effort set out to make a complete neighborhood that facilitates opportunities for live, work, and play in a harmonious and proximate relationship.

Informed by the area’s natural drainage patterns the proposed concept uses open space to provide additional connections to link the different developments together.

As a follow-up, Covey was contracted to undertake the writing of development regulations that will guide the subdivision and build-out of the plan area. Included in this effort were regulations for the structuring of parks and open space.
